  • Lead trim-out on multi-unit renovations, typically 8–12 units per phase.
  • Install EV chargers and standby generator transfer switches, including load calculations to CEC Section 8 and BC Hydro coordination.
  • Pull Technical Safety BC permits and walk inspectors through the work.
  • Sign off on apprentices' rough-in before inspection.

  • Completed a SkilledTradesBC apprenticeship: 6,000 work-based hours across four levels of technical training.
  • Bent and hung EMT and rigid on 347/600V commercial buildouts — retail, clinic, and warehouse lighting.
  • Terminated motor controls and VFDs on packaging line retrofits.
  • Kept as-builts and panel schedules current for the foreman.
